We are happy to offer delivery for all our UK Mainland orders.

We use a mixture of DPD along with Royal Mail (24 hour services) for Highlands and Islands. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming it's on its way along with a tracking number for you to follow the progress of your parcel. 


We do not dispatch any fresh/perishable items on Fridays or Weekends. Perishable dispatches only happen Monday - Thursday. This is to try and avoid perishable items sitting in a depot over the weekend, to make sure the item is as fresh as possible when it arrives with you.


We gladly accept returns, however we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items as each product is made to order - just for you. If you have any concerns, please contact us first. On non personalised items, please return to us in a new condition within 14 days and we will process your refund for you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged - 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return -
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
